On residential development projects that have costs up to a £1m we can fund up to 75% against the land and up to 100% of the build cost using our own funds. We have a horizential decision making process and therefore you are close to the decision maker. We believe that realibility is key within this market and therefore we are happy to provide references on request. You need to know the people you are dealing with are truely in the market and lending.
- £250k – £50m GDV
- Housing projects in England, flat developments within M25 in good locations.
- Maximum term 18 - 24 months
- up to 60% GDV
In all cases we expect to see a clear exit route, we will only consider lending to projects with detailed planning permission however happy to discuss prior to planning approval. We do not lend to Bankrupts.
